| I have used the Agilent two color oligonucleotide microarray system successfully in the past to identify changes in gene expression. When we did not want to establish an in-house system for current experiments, we utilized MOgene's Agilent microarray services to analyze our samples. MoGene provided data in a short period of time, and we were pleased that the microarray results correlated with those previously determined by quantitative real time-PCR technology. We were impressed with the additional capabilities offered by MOgene , including experimental design and analysis, pathway mapping. We would use their services in the future. |
