Agilent's Gene Expression Analysis Platform gives you the best of both worlds. It delivers both the ease of one-color experimental design and the resolving power of two-color detection – all in a single platform. This unique processing capability is built upon a foundation of reliable products that provide a level of quality unmatched in the industry.
Researchers can now get Agilent's exceptional 60-mer oligonucleotide probes arrayed in a format that meets their needs. Agilent's new, high-density microarray SurePrint technology allows the production of Multi-Pack Gene Expression Microarrays-1 x 244K, 2 x 105K, 4 x 44K, or 8 x 15K individual microarrays printed on a single glass slide.
Agilent's 244,000-feature microarrays represent a five-fold increase in density compared with our previous microarray series. The dramatic increase in genomic coverage lets researchers use the superior performance of Agilent arrays in a growing number of high-resolution genomic applications.
SurePrint technology allows as many as 8 arrays to reside on a single slide, allowing experiments to range from genome-wide to more focused studies. Researchers can now design ever-larger, more powerful gene-expression experiments very cost effectively. To enable the widest possible range of experimentation, reseachers can use Agilent's eArray, a web-based tool that allows customers to rapidly design custom microarrays in a secure online environment at no additional cost.
The Multi-Pack arrays can be used for both one- and two-color experiments, and are fully enabled for use with Agilent's Dual-Mode Gene Expression microarray platform, which integrates optimized protocols, reagents, hardware, and software into a unified system with end-to-end solution support that addresses all of your gene expression applications.
