MOgene, LC is an Agilent Certified Facility and offers expert gene expression, miRNA, CGH and ChIP-on-Chip services. You send us the RNA or DNA and we will provide you with high quality data in a timely basis at a reasonable price.

We utilize state-of-the-art equipment to perform quality check on each step of the process to assure you get the best dynamic range and highest sensitivity. We have Nanodrop-1000 and Agilent Bioanalyzer-2100 for determining quality of RNA and measuring the specific activity of the labeled samples.

Our facility includes an Ozone-free clean room to prevent signal loss and ensure the brightest spots. The protocols are optimized to maximize detection of low abundance messages and differential expression for the Agilent 60-mer oligo microarrays printed using the SurePrint technology. We also provide expert help in expirement design, bioinformatis and data analysis and custom content design services.

We specialize in prokaryotic arrays and offer probe design and bioinformatics services.
